Hall Elrod in his book ‘The Miracle Morning’ suggests implementing a new habit or getting rid of old habit is unbearable at first, then uncomfortable, and then it makes you unstoppable. Or as Robin Sharma puts it, “Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end.”

If you have a choice to do what is right and what is easy, always choose the former.
